DELIVERY INFORMATION
POLYTHYLENE TANKS 200 L to 6000 L – Slimline and round range
Tanks are delivered using a truck and trailer.
Tanks are delivered to your site. If you require help from the driver to move the tank, we leave it to the drivers discretion to determine their own safety. They are happy to help only under the following circumstances:
1. Any tank 3000 litre tank and larger, there must be min 1 or 2 strong adults to help
2. There are no stairs/garden beds or obstacles in the way of the delivery. The tanks are too heavy to manoeuvre around any obstacles.
3. Get Tanked Water Tanks will take no responsibility for any damage to the tank or property/ground/walls etc whilst helping the customer to move the tank.

All prices displayed on our website for steel water tanks has the delivery price as a drop down.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please ensure your house number is clearly visible.
It is our preference that someone is available to take the delivery. If you choose not to, then the water tank will be left in the most suitable place as determined by the driver, most likely the driveway. If no-one will be home, and approval is given to leave accessories such as pump coves/pumps etc, once items are delivered to your property Get Tanked Water Tanks will take no responsibility for any items lost or stolen.
SLIM and ROUND tanks under 5000L – Tanks are delivered to the front of your site. If you require help from the driver to move the tank, we leave it to the drivers discretion to determine their own safety. They are happy to help only under the following circumstances:

LARGER ROUND TANKS
Delivery driver will drive the truck as close as possible to the final resting place of the tank. The drivers will endeavour to place the tank in place. Access is paramount in the successful delivery of a large water tank. If it is impossible due to obstacles etc then the tank will be left in the most suitable place possible or a further delivery fee will be incurred if the tank is not able to be delivered.
If payment has not been made or it is not sensible to leave the tank as the house/construction site is unattended, the driver will not leave the tank and a secondary delivery charge will be incurred for a future delivery.
