GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure your house number is clearly visible.

Tanks will be delivered to the front of your house/property or can be left in the garage or carport if there is easy access and if pre-arranged.  Unfortunately drivers are not permitted to enter a backyard due to insurance/liability.

If you are not home when the delivery arrives, the driver will leave the tank at the front of the property in the most protected/sensible place as deemed by the drier.  The driver will take a photo of the tank for proof of delivery.

If payment has not been made or it is not sensible to leave the tank as the house/construction site is unattended, the driver will not leave the tank and a secondary delivery charge will be incurred for a future delivery.
