Pre-Plumbed Pump Stations. Why use them?

Pumping Stations are designed to help transfer water/sewerage cost efficiently when gravity is in-sufficient.
Most pump stations will require a pump/s to transfer water. Often combined with float switches for automatic engagement. Pump Stations are being called up in many new build projects throughout Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra at a greater rate.
Pump Stations are also very popular in stormwater management.
The underground polyethylene tank will be sufficient for water management, sewerage, retention and harvesting for domestic, industrial and commercial application.
Pumping Stations can be single or dual pump.

The benefits of a pre-plumbed option
Time is money!. Paying for a plumber to plumb the station on site can be a time-consuming project. We have taken the preparation time on site back into the factory with specialist installers. There are many cost savings to be achieved using a pre-plumbed solution. These packages are plug and play and are ready for immediate installation.
The Lid
Lids are suitable for foot traffic, cast iron options and galvanized grates to suit all projects.
The Delivery process
The complete unit will be delivered to front of site. Unload is the responsibility of the customer. If your site has lifting equipment on hand then this can be used to offload. Otherwise, you can simply provide enough strong adults on the day of delivery to hand offload.
Commissioning the pump station
The pre-plumbed solution can be commissioned on site. Again, this will reduce costs to have a 3rd party sign off on the unit.
Control Panel
Control panels are available. Alarms are available also.
Turnaround time
If parts are available in the factory most pre-plumbed solutions will have a turnaround time of 8-12 days. If the pump required is a not so common pump then the lead time might be around 20 days. Usually we can find a solution in a few weeks.
